mTw quickly confirmed its position as the favourite team for the WCG qualifier in Denmark, following a clear two-maps win in front of co-nationals DSRack.
The match was definitely a bold statement of the strong shape the team is passing through at the moment, as it only took them a quick round-up to advance in the Grand Final.
The opening of the match on nuke saw a balanced first half, as the two teams exchanged points between each other. It was DSRack who initially bagged the pistol round as CT, but mTw quickly followed up, closing the stakes at 8-7 in their favour. The final outcome was already shaping up and switching sides mTw made it clear that it will either be their way or the highway. Following 8 consecutive round wins as CT, mTw bagged the first map with a relaxed 16-7 overall scoreline.
The string of the action didn't derail too much on tuscan either. DSRack got closer this time, bagging both pistol rounds, yet failing to fully capitalize on them. First half once again went to mTw, with 9-6, meanwhile switching sides DSRack managed to pile up 7 rounds, before Danny 'zonic' Sørensen and his colleagues closed the situation at 16-13 to their favour.
